Premium Cocoa Blend derived from cocoa bean that is being dried and fully fermented fatty seed of Theobroma cacao, from which cocoa solids and cocoa butter are extracted. They are the basis of chocolate, as well as many Mesoamerican foods such as mole sauce and tejate.

This powder mixture contains a combination of the following alkaline mineral salts used to treat acidosis. They include: calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate and zinc picolinate. The citrate forms are used for two reasons.
